This herb is useful for rheumatic pains of the lower body and for patients whose mobility is impaired as a result of pains in the waist, legs, and feet. It can also be used for external diseases caused by wind and internal dampness with symptoms of headaches, aching joints, and slight aversion to cold.

Dosage: 3-9 grams
Safety: Do not use this herb when there is yin deficiency, especially when there is heat.
